Here is my story about Bilcity. I bought a new Opel Astra sports Tourer 2016 here and everything went well. I had my service here regularly. But a year ago the turbo broke. The oil was consumed quickly and the car lost acceleration. It turned out to be one of the cylinders in the engine that was bad. “You have received a Monday copy of the engine” was the reason I was told and the entire engine was replaced. My insurance company covered the cost and a similar new engine was put in. Now a year later I wanted to hand in the car for regular service but also check out a vibration I felt when idling. They got back in touch and said that this is the same problem with this engine as with the original engine. So now I have changed again to a third engine in the car. Plus they told me that the thermostat has now also gone off so it also needs to be replaced. I find the whole story remarkable but of course, maybe I just had enormous bad luck. But I have never received any empathy or extra customer service. I just had to pay and accept that this is how it turned out. Now it's time for me to try to sell the car and start a new chapter and change car brands.
