Although we agreed to a one-year service term, they inserted a clause in the contract extending it to two years with a three-month notice period within each new year. Furthermore, the quality of service they provide is subpar and does not meet our expectations. We cannot recommend this company to others seeking a customer service provider. There are numerous better options available on the market, many of which offer more affordable pricing, superior support, and a wider range of integrations. Unlike Kundo, these alternatives are not limited to a single platform and provide more comprehensive services. Additionally, setting up the customer service page with Kundo is challenging, and they offer limited assistance in this regard. Their customer service team is not proactive in helping clients set up the system but rather provides minimal guidance.
