My experience of the business was unfortunately consistently negative. During the time I was there, I experienced that both myself and other clients were feeling increasingly worse, both mentally and physically. The environment did not contribute to recovery or development. The food was of low quality and the treatment from the staff was often perceived as ignorant, nonchalant and in some cases even threatening. In my opinion, the management failed in pedagogy and professional approach; there were raised voices and reprimands directed at certain clients even when no obvious mistake had been made. The group activities lacked structure and clear content. The groups were perceived as incoherent and were often led by uncertain staff without a clear plan, where the same basic elements were repeated without in-depth discussion. A large part of the staff consisted of students or people without relevant education, which led to the treatment varying greatly depending on who was working, rather than following clear routines or established working methods. I would not recommend this place to others. Even external visitors, such as family and representatives from the municipality, expressed a negative feeling about the environment and felt that they were not welcomed or treated in a professional manner. For me, the stay mainly meant a loss of time and energy and contributed to me becoming more depressed and hopeless. Before moving out, I lost faith in other businesses that could offer better support. Overall, I had the experience that the responsibility for the shortcomings was placed on me as an individual, even though the business claimed to work for the best interests of the clients.
Sämsta tänkbara. Smutsigt. Fläckiga sängar. Fick ett använt lakan först. Behövde bråka för att få ett nytt lakan. Dom sa att mitt lakan var rent. Det var fläckigt och nopprigt och låg smuts PÅ lakanet. Typ som gräs och liknande. Var tvungen att visa fick tillslut ett nytt lakan. Klen tröst på en fläckig säng utan madrassskydd
Fantastiskt. Bra personal. Trevligt, mysigt litet men ändå har dom lyckats få till det så bra på den ytan :)
