Called folksam yesterday regarding my car insurance! Lady on the other side of the phone was a total phycopath!!!! Was extremely rude without basic manner!! And the craziest part is this wasn't the first time i had this kind of experience!! Really need to take some legal action against this type of phycopath folksam has employed!!!! I was disgusted!!!!!
