Terribly bad service I must say! Called to postpone an invoice for a couple of days (business premises) Ida said she would put a notice about it and everything is fine. 1 hour later Ida called again and said that it was not possible to postpone the invoice and that this had to be approved by the board. (Take into account that the board responds extremely rarely to emails, which is also explained) All I wanted was to postpone the invoice for a couple of days so as not to receive any reminders, but this was against their policy. Based on all the reviews I have read about HSB, it feels like they don't care about service at all. HSB is changing and doing the right thing!
