We appreciated that they were able to provide us with an apartment quite quickly and even offered some discounts at the beginning. However, the move-out process was very disappointing. Our last day in the apartment was February 27, and the inspection was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but the inspector arrived earlier at 9:30 AM and immediately pointed out some areas that were supposedly missed. During the inspection, she also switched off the freezer. Before leaving, we had already emptied it and cleared all the water, and after handing over the apartment we obviously had no access to fix anything further. The most concerning part is that the inspector told us that the final inspection would happen on March 2. However, two weeks after we had already left, we received an email saying that another inspection was done and that we needed to pay an invoice for cleaning. This is not very professional. If an inspection happens two weeks after tenants have already moved out and handed over the keys, many things could have happened in the apartment during that time. Because of the poor communication and unclear inspection process, the experience was frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this property management. ⭐☆☆☆☆
