Incredibly disappointing service, being informed that in "normal cases" an invoice is sent for canceling an appointment the day before when you call and cancel is not good customer service. Provide that information at the time of booking so that the customer knows about it, otherwise you have no right to charge anything at all. If you want cancellation conditions, you must inform them about them, change them and make it right. I will not come here again, disappointing as it was so good there before.
