Har (med endast ett undantag på 10 år) blivit väl bemött och omhändertagen här. Man har lyssnat på mig, och följt upp samt inte tvekat att skriva remisser för att kunna ställa korrekt diagnos. Har bara gott att säga.

Oerhört besviken. Anlitade flyttfirma av två anledningar; för att minska den egna stressen, och för att anhöriga skulle slippa slitet. Tji fick jag på båda. Fick aldrig någon konkret bokningsbekräftelse, och ej heller någon info kring …
Extremely disappointed. Hired a moving company for two reasons; to reduce my own stress, and to save my relatives the hassle. Well, I got both. I never received any concrete booking confirmation, nor any information about times, but had to call myself a day before the intended move to check. I also asked in advance if the company would help with disposing of furniture that was to be thrown away, and was told "of course we can do that". On the day of the move, two guys show up and immediately express concerns about fitting all my things in the truck, and that it might have to be driven twice. "That won't be fun", they tell me. In addition, there seems to be a problem with the sofa and coffee table that were to be disposed of, as people start talking about how much it will cost them to go to the landfill. The solution is that I have to call my father and ask him to bring a trailer, and he ends up going to the dump alone and throwing the things away, even though the point was that he would avoid it. As if this wasn't enough, it turns out that my bookshelves are in a deplorable state after the move. The back pieces had come loose a bit during the journey, and upon arrival one of the moving guys nailed them back in place. The problem is that they weren't very careful, which caused several shelves to crack and pieces of wood to come loose. However, I only discovered this the other day when I was going to rearrange the furniture myself, i.e. after the company's deadline for the customer to submit comments. One star, only because one guy was nice and sympathetic (while the other was arrogant and careless and made me feel like I was a nuisance as a customer).
Fräscha, väl underhållna utrymmen, med allt en kise kan önska sig under sin vistelse. Största plusset av alla dock, är personalen. De är underbara att ha att göra med, och jag märker att min katt, som är en ganska skygg liten madam, tycker mycket om dem. Rekommenderas varmt.
