Vårdcentralen meddelade att det inte gick att boka tid då de har en "influensakampanj" för covid- och influensavaccin denna vecka. De hänvisade mig och min sjuka 1,5-åring till akuten. Man lägger alltså ner vårdcentralens huvudsakliga verksamhet under en tid för att göra en "kampanj"?

On December 28th I went to your store in Sollentuna and asked them to measure my 22 month old daughter's foot and her boots to make sure the boots weren't too small. After measuring, the clerk said that the boots were starting to get a little too small, so we decided to buy new ones. We chose the Kavat Voxna model and the clerk then brought it out in a size that she said fit and we bought it for 949 SEK. When I got home I googled the model and saw that I could get them for half the price online, but I thought that now we have at least had them measure so that it is really the correct size and it might be worth it. Barely a month and a half later we notice that she is starting to walk strangely in her new boots. I measure her foot and the inside of the boots and see that both are the same size! I also took and measured the boots she had before and they measured larger inside than the shoe you sold me!! Your clerk told us that the boot we had was starting to get too tight (which is true) but then sold us a pair of boots that were a little shorter and were too small for my daughter from day one!!! What kind of incompetent employees are you, really? Now I have bought a boot from you that I paid almost double the price for compared to what I should have paid online, which was also too small for my daughter from day one and she had to run around in her too tight boot for a month and a half before we discovered it!!
