I sent a roll of film in for development. After several months I hear back and am told that it was lost but that it has been located. For almost a year they apologize but assure me that it will be returned. After more than a year they change their minds and say that it is the recipient's fault, who is also questioning the claim, and that they themselves have no responsibility whatsoever. Never respond to emails and have a rude attitude when you have had to drive there to talk to them. The roll of film is still missing after several years and the compensation offered was ridiculous. You can make mistakes but lying, being rude and blaming others is unprofessional.
