SVT Aapro developed housing in Vegastaden, Haninge municipality in Stockholm. I was thinking of buying one of the apartments as the new production was fantastic and the quality of the material topnotch. Unfortunately it didn't happen as demand was high and I was eventually outbid. Since SVT is a family business, I got a completely different down-to-earth contact with Sami, Alex and Adrian unlike regular brokers who usually only care about getting the deal done. We still keep in touch, in case they come up with any new projects in the future! I also got a tour of their industrial premises at Albybergsringen 106, where it will be a large business park. Very nice property, especially with the new solar cells on the roof!
