I wish we had never brought these in. They've caused too many problems since we had them.

Been to your clinic for several years with the same dermatologist. The visits often feel very stressful with no information provided. I rarely have time to ask all the questions I wanted and felt like the doctor was about to open the door and say goodbye when I had just come in and said hello. It is often me who gets to ask questions about how to proceed with my treatment and not the doctor who informs me about this. If I pay 300 SEK, I want my care to which I am entitled, not to be "thrown out" after 2 minutes which happened at the last visit which was also a "closing meeting" that should have been more informative. I have a friend who went to another doctor at your clinic who received completely different information even though we were on the same acne medication, you might think that the doctors should follow the same "template". I have felt belittled during visits as I have not experienced that the doctor heard me and what I have to say about my side effects. I think that side effects should be taken into special consideration with this medication as it affects you a lot. Since I've been on the same medication for two periods, I'm the one who should know my body and be able to express how I feel about it and not be put down by the doctor.
