Pretty bad treatment. Saw that someone else gave similar descriptions and can't help but agree. We got there and were immediately told that we had apparently booked wrong and that it was very important. I fully understand that you should be careful to book the right hair length etc., but from what I remember I booked too long hair, so maybe there must have been some misprint on my part. I understand that it's annoying when customers book wrong, but it was an honest mistake and I don't think you need to be rude about the rest of the haircut. After that my friend describes that she wants a pixie cut and the direct answer she gets is "It won't look like the picture" from the hairdresser. I assume the comment is made because my friend has slightly curlier hair, but we haven't shown you any pictures yet? Felt like a very unnecessary comment and downright rude. My friend then gets her phone and shows a girl with curly hair and a pixie cut, and the hairdresser says, "It won't look like that either, your hair isn't curly enough." Huh? So it's not curly enough? For your information, my friend had brushed her hair out before the cut so that it looked straighter, but she has very curly hair otherwise. After a bit of hesitation, the cut starts anyway. But the hairdresser is still very straight and you can tell she's not trying to be particularly friendly. She's also just very bossy and says, "It's nicer this way" and just cuts without asking if it's okay, or what the customer thinks of it. Not okay. At least the haircut turned out perfectly okay, hence the two stars. My cut went a little better. She was a little nicer to me. Still bossy and didn't ask if it was okay before she started waving the scissors, but I was just going to get a haircut so it wasn't as bad for me. I simply think the hairdresser could have been more welcoming and a little more service minded. Then I also think it would be good if she started asking the customers if it was okay before she started shaving and cutting things off. It feels like a good idea.
