The stone is impressive; you can easily make it rock. But getting there isn't so easy. We drove right past the marker. There's no parking area. We asked some villagers for directions. They let us park on their property, and he led us to the "entrance," which you can already see in the photos. You then have to walk across private land where horses are grazing, but that seems to be tolerated. You then follow the orange-painted wooden posts to the stone. The path is cross-country, not suitable for strollers, and sturdy footwear would be good, but not absolutely necessary.
