When I visit a car dealership, I am expected to be the one asked if I need help with something. But not at Karlskrona Bilcenter, here you have to walk around several times and look for a salesperson. With a little luck, you will eventually manage to get hold of one... Well, there you think the salesperson should show interest in me as a customer by asking what I am looking for, etc., but not at Karlskrona Bilcenter! Here I was instead asked to go to the website to see what they might have in stock to take a closer look. Once I had done this, in my case there were three options of cars that suited my requirements. Two were parked in the middle of the premises and another was parked in a corner. I therefore asked the salesperson if it was possible to book a test drive on two of these, but not at Karlskrona Bilcenter! No, here they want you to come further into the store before a test drive will be possible. To move all the other cars around and make it possible to drive out the cars I was interested in was unthinkable. Already here I made the decision to never visit this salesman again in my life. But the story does not end here. When we then told him that it was not interesting to negotiate before even having the chance to test drive the car, the salesman became a little grumpy and did not even say goodbye. So, recommending family, friends or acquaintances to buy a car at Karlskrona Bilcenter would never come to mind. However, advising them not to do so, yes I will do that as long as the company is still in business!
Beställde en Tripple Cheese & Bacon. Jag vet inte vad andra tycker men använder man sig av ordvalet bacon i produktens namn så förväntar iaf jag mig betydligt med bacon. Dessutom var puckarna vidbrända på sina ställen. Tyvärr oätligt.
Katastrofalt. Beställde på plats för att ta med mig hem. Personalen förstod knappt svenska vilket försvårade beställningen då kocken inte själv visste vad dom hade på menyn. …
