I was actually not impressed with this place the stuff was not friendly at all. Or at least not the lady at the cash. And their prices were quite overpriced.
The first room we got the smell of urine and unfortunately one of the lights fell out from the headboard and fell. Luckily it didn't fall on my face cuz it would have caused a lot of damage. And there was a good lack of cleaning. I was fortunate enough to speak with a very helpful person and I was able to get a different room. Would I stay here again? No. Also since having to pay for breakfast I would then rather stay at the higher end hotel and get the benefit of the experience there then a scandic hotel. It's a very expensive breakfast for two slices of toast and a piece of cheese.
We stayed One Night in the one solitary room. It looks very lovely and inviting. We did expect the room to be small however we were somewhat stunned by the size of the bathroom. And after settling in that's when I started to notice certain things about this room. I will start off with the positive! Awesome location! Bed was clean, artwork was nice. The room was equiped w usb ports. We did not try the tv but there was one.Parking spot right by the room. Breakfast was all ok. The negatives.... The bathroom needs love. The towel rack is broken, as is a door to the sink cabinet. The shower, shower curtain* and floors in the bathroom are in need of a good scrub. I normally take a shower every day and I opted out of one this morning. The room itself needs a good cleaning, dustwebs dangling from the ceiling, every corner is in need of a wipe and a good clean. By the main window there is something (candel wax maybe) thag has dripped allover but has not been cleaned. Then the dust allover was a disheartening. Around the kettle you could see that the dusting was done around things. The main light fixture could use a cleaning as well. And if you are planning on applying makeup make sure to bring with you lighting as there is really none to be had. If the overall cleaning would have been better this place would have for sure a 4 from us. A cleannroom is* expected, the pricing is there, there should not be a lack and there is really no excuse for lack of basic cleaniness in a room.

They had closed the doors a little earlier than stated so I can't give a review other than maybe they need new batteries for their clock?!
Är unik och underbar veterinär! Hon opererade vår pojke för att få bort cancer. Och när den väl läkt, kunde han inte se ärret där operationen var. Tack och lov tog vi vår pojke till henne när han var i dålig form och behövde …
Are unique and wonderful veterinarian! She operated ones on our boy to remove cancer. And once healed up, could not see the SCAR where the operation was. Thankfully we took our boy to her when he was in rough shape and needed guidance. She helped us. Thought the outcome was not what we would have liked her honest, compaction, and care surpassed so much. With kindness and kinder she help us say goodbye to out boy. She is know as the "the animals friend" w good reason.

This hotel gets between a 3-4 stars. Prices are way too high for this hotel and location. They charge Stockholm prices. The room we had was nice looking but not very functional because there was no where to store ones things. No shelves for personal products not a dresser to out clothes in. There was a clothing tree but that was it. The room looked clean until we had to pull on the sofa to turn on a light and discovered about 100 bunny families living under it and the floor lamp was not much better. Our toilet seat was broken and sadly the hotel is left on its own in the evenings. Since it was so late we waited. The next day it fell right off so we had to call the "in case number" lucky it took only maybe 10 minutes before someone came to replace it. The one thing that really made me question the hotel is the person that checked us in had had a few drinks. Not really when I want to leave my credit card w someone and really unprofessional. But since I assume he is the owner- he must felt he was ok to have a few drinks. Breakfast was a normal, typical Swedish hotel service. There was not a grand selection but more than enough for the start of the day. Avoid the elevator! Old time and I got stuck in it once. The hallways could use a Reno. It's covered in carpet and does have a smell that needs to be cleaned.

Seems like sale items are seldom stocked, the line at the service station for post is almost always w a long line. It can be quit dirty at times but it is a busy place. There is room for improvement. I have often been over charged for my items, I even got laughed at for telling the clerk that an item did not match the sale price showing attached to the products. She and I went together to the grapes and she told me I was wrong, laughed at me and said I needed yo read as this was an advert that they had forgotten to remove. Could go on for days about stories lol lack in customer services is visavble.
