This four is for the treatment I received in this particular store, but I still have to share this: I don't usually bother writing negative reviews. This is not for the 50 kronor I had to pay, but for the attitude. I bought the glasses for 14,000 kronor at Synsam in Tumba two months ago and of course I thought that a chain had the obvious service to fix something simple that had broken in such a short time. One of those plastic pieces that are against the nose had come off a week ago and instead of taking some quick glue and fixing it myself, I thought I'd go to a Synsambutik and get a new one, so I fixed it temporarily without glue. When it fell off again for the fifth time and I couldn't find it, I went to Synsam in Sundbyberg after work. "I just need pieces of plastic and I'll fix it myself", I said. "No, we'll fix it for you" "Thanks, that's so kind" When the glasses were ready, she said; "You got two new ones" Good, one in reserve, I thought, but they had also replaced the working one. "Do you have a subscription?" "No" "Then it'll be fifty kronor. That's why you have a subscription." I didn't want to argue, but I was losing my mind. I really wanted to buy a piece of plastic that costs maybe a kronor and fix it myself, so as not to bother on a Friday night. Instead I have to pay 50 kronor and get a slap in the face for buying a pair of glasses in cash for 14 thousand. In a rather spiteful way, too, as if it was me who did the wrong thing.... Sigh!!!
