Dishonest company. When we first installed awnings, we couldn't open the windows without breaking the locking device for several awnings. When contacting the company, they thought it was the best option for installation, even though everyone else in the Brf has installed them differently. Had to withhold payment so that the person in charge would come out and look, and realize that it needed to be fixed. The holes that were made were covered with white, without painting the frame blue on the outside. Had to contact the company again for action. On the second visit a few years later, the company was chosen by the Brf, so we only ordered a replacement strap for 3 awnings. We were at home during the visit and heard how technicians lose screws while working on one awning. I naively believe that they replace these, but about 2 weeks later the awning comes loose from its mount, as they haven't installed the screws that they lost. On the other awning it worked before the job with the belt replacement was carried out. After work it did not work, and the technician was supposed to note this and come back with a solution. This was not done, but the technician had to be reminded in connection with the awning that had fallen down to be fixed. I was then told that both arms needed to be replaced to possibly solve the problem. I checked myself before, and lubricated the moving parts, before I accepted the quote, and all of a sudden the awning worked as before, without anything needing to be replaced. Do not recommend this company. Unscrupulous.
