We euthanized our pet (a family member) here and it was not a good experience. No reception where you can register and the room was dirty and felt like being in a slaughterhouse. The woman was very nagging about how we wanted to pay and how much it would cost. Right after our animal had left this world, the nagging about payment started again, maybe 5-10 seconds after the animal's heart stopped beating. Have some sense for hell, it's a family member who has left us. She had no idea what happens to the ashes after cremation if you don't want a special cremation either. "Maybe it's used as fertilizer," we were told. We were also informed that she "never heard of anyone getting the wrong animal's ashes when cremated". Why even bring it up then? It doesn't feel completely legitimate when you say that, without asking about it. Obviously something has gone wrong. I really can't recommend this to anyone, we live on the fact that the animal was at least with its owners during the last moments, that is a small consolation in the very gloomy room / house. Choose another clinic where you can get the respect you deserve, your animal is your family member and deserves to go away with reverence and respect. Thank you for us.
