Very friendly and uncomplicated. They were the only car rental company that still had cars available and reserved one for us immediately. What started as a "You rent a small car" turned into a Mercedes GLB. The price remained the same, and the car was very well-equipped. The price at Sixt was incredibly good. Extending the rental to seven days instead of one worked flawlessly and was incredibly helpful during our winter stay in Kiruna, Narvik, and Tromsø due to the limited train connections caused by the weather. We were very satisfied.
