They did not do their responsibility as nurses and doctors. I wanted to make an appointment for my general health check and the nurse said that I had to be sick before they would examine me. Instead she told me to make an appointment with a private doctor. The reason I contacted them is that I am new here and I wanted to see the doctor for once in my life. I was confused because in my country, even if you are not sick, you have the right to check your health. Unfortunately, the nurses here did not care. They did not give people time and instead referred you to other health centers. I feel that they lack professionalism and responsibility as health care providers.
