We went for an early dinner today. We had ordered Fried rice with shrimp(130kr), Egg noodles with chicken(130kr) and Duck with rice(160kr) and a coke for 25kr. Price wise quantity was reasonable. Every thing tasted good. If i rank them fried rice would top them all. It had a nice aroma and good amount of wok-hay which made it special. Few rice pieces were crispy which i liked more. Second would be the noodles. I liked the taste of noodles and chicken pieces were very soft tender and flavour full. I wish they had added more wokhay to the noodles or fried it slightly more. I was almost full so i packed the duck and rice. But i had tasted a piece of duck with plain rice.. it was soft and nice.. but didn’t like it much. I prefer meat stir fried with just enough asian sauces to coat it. But this dish was more saucy.. which I didn’t expect. May be will not order it again. They had a chilly sauce on the table i have almost finished it!! It was very delicious and made the fried rice and noodles more tasty. I didn’t not feel that chilly sauce spicy at all but you should try at your own risk 😎 Overall nice experience. Didn’t wait longer for food probably because we were early for dinner.

Det är en tunn sandstrand i havet med knädjupt vatten, en fin badplats för barn. Under sommaren blir det trångt runt 11-tiden på morgonen, så försök att besöka platsen lite tidigt om du vill säkra en sittplats på sanden. …
It’s a thin strand of sand in the see with knee deep water, nice swimming spot for kids. During summer it gets crowded around 11ish am.. so try visiting a bit early if you want to secure a sitting place on the sand. To reach here by public transport from smögen or kungshamm there is a bus which runs twice a day. It’s better to check its schedule ahead. If you stay in bohus malmön then its walkable (2km) from bus station near coop. There are no shops or restaurants near the beach. You need to carry your own food and water. The nearest shopping place is coop next to the bus station. You will have to climb down a few stairs and walk through the stones to reach here. It’s a free beach. Did not find the path as wheel chair or stroller friendly.
Update from last week’s visit to this restaurant. Every thing has changed now 🤣 i no longer rate this place with 5* Of course they have stopped the salad buffet on weekends which is ok 👍 i miss their soup. But i can manage with that. My disappointment is because of the taste of food now. Its no longer server to feed people. The portion size is less.. taste is diluted.. i felt now this restaurant’s focus has changed towards profitability over serving tasty food!! You can see my recent pictures compared to how they were in the beginning!! If you want to know how this place had impressed me 1year back you can read further. Have visited this restaurant multiple times in the last 6months and yet it never disappoints!! Ambience is beautiful, and spacious. Service is very good so far what i have seen. We have tried chicken and lamb dishes along with their special meat platter and all of them were really delicious. Also their veg falafel is very tasty!! Crispy and super light ( and has a moist yet not sticky ) texture to it!! But don’t make the mistake of doing a take away and eating later!! it only tastes better when its warm. They have extra salad and side dishes buffet the side sauces/dips are just flavour full (if you are visiting this place don’t miss their delicious sauces) try everything first to know which one is of your type!! Don’t judge them based on how they look.. I love the reddish orange color sauce (may be its called muhammara but I could be wrong) The bread (complimentary) is very delicious and soft tasty bread. I eat that with the soup they have in buffet counter. I have mostly seen lentils soup. It’s comfort food, very delicious. I could just eat bread with soup and the red sauce!! since they have similar or more things on buffet already the side dishes is redundant on the meal plate. I have seen many people eat side dishes from the buffet counter and leave the side dishes served on their meal plates leading to food waste!! Their menu is worth the price. However if i have to be a critic i would suggest (If possible) reduce the repetition of side dishes on the ordered meal.. instead slightly increase the protein amount. It can reduce food waste and make more people happy!! Its just my opinion.
