Hi Caroline, Thank you for your reply. I would like to explain that when I moved out of the apartment, I tried to contact you several times to book a move-out inspection. I called and asked when someone could come and check the apartment after I had finished cleaning. I was then told that you could not come and that I should just leave the keys with Bjuvsbostäder. Therefore, I never participated in any move-out inspection and I was also not allowed to see any inspection report before the invoice was sent to me. When I moved into the apartment, there were already several problems, including damage to the kitchen. I contacted you twice about this and was told that it would be registered. I therefore ask you to send me the following documents: The move-in report for the apartment. The move-out report. A detailed specification of the invoice of SEK 108,017.62.
