Extremely Disappointing Experience - One Star Rating Please read before booking! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fridhemstorget Driving School, and I feel compelled to share my feedback to warn others. My recent driving lesson left me highly dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend this school to anyone. Firstly, my driving instructor had a strong smell of smoke, which made the lesson unbearable. It caused discomfort, making my eyes water and itch, and even affecting my breathing. This alone was a major letdown. Additionally, the instructions provided for driving a manual transmission were vague and unclear. Instead of offering precise guidance on where to hold the clutch and when to release it, the instructor simply said, "Don't release the clutch too quickly." This lack of clarity made the learning process needlessly difficult. I had hoped for a supportive and patient instructor to help me gain confidence behind the wheel, especially as a beginner with limited experience, especially in handling a manual transmission. Unfortunately, I felt stressed throughout the lesson, as the instructor frequently took control of the steering wheel instead of offering clear verbal instructions to improve my driving. Furthermore, the instructor displayed an aggressive demeanor and struggled to maintain a calm environment during stressful situations. Throughout the lesson, he predominantly focused on criticizing my driving and appeared preoccupied with his phone. Constructive feedback on my strengths was lacking, which is equally important for a positive learning experience. In addition to that, my attempts to contact the school through mail have been unsuccessful. I've tried to get in contact with them countless times, and even sent follow-up emails to remind them to get back to me but to no avail. In conclusion, my experience with Fridhemstorget Driving School was far from satisfactory. I would strongly advise against booking lessons here. As a dissatisfied student, I hope the school takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the quality of their driving lessons for future students.
