Hemska varma rum och ingen av personal kan hjälpa på något sätt ,inte heller kan de be om ursäkt för att vi kunde inte sova i rummen som känns som ugn ärligen ...rummen läser 24 och ingen av hela sällskapet kunde söva nu för den andra …

Värsta upplevelse hade vi i Hemtex Emporia! Ångrar att vara ditt ärligen och förvarna alla då är de så otrevliga, ohjälpsamma och så okunniga ... …

Worst experience we had in Hemtex Emporia! I regret being yours honestly and warning everyone then they are so rude, unhelpful and so ignorant ... I happened to buy a bedspread there a few months ago and when I wanted to give it as a gift to my friend I noticed that they forgot to deactivate the alarm.. Went to the nearest Hemtex in Mobilia then I usually buy a lot there and they were so professional, nice sp. one called Sevim who also tried to help in every possible way but she could not help with removing the alarm then it was a different system than what they have at Mobilia.. She called Hemtex Emporia, informed them that I as a regular customer have problems with forgotten alarms on bedspreads and we got info. to take the bedspread to those in Emporia to get help with removing the alarm! My husband and my son went there the next day and got no help at all, ist. The staff looked at him skeptically and were so rude to him and my son even when they explained everything and that we did nothing wrong, the staff wanted the receipt for the bedspread and refused to help and turn it off.. Today I went there myself and tried to explain that I have a lot of receipts and they don't keep every single receipt because they didn't know that they were so careless as to forget to remove the alarm and demand a receipt to fix their mistake first hand... It ended up that I decided to throw the bedspread in the trash because of the ignorant, rude, unhelpful staff who clearly said that they have a lot of problems with theft!!! They couldn't think with a little logic that you shouldn't bring a stolen item to turn it off.. That was the stupidest explanation I've ever heard in my entire life, really... Never again to Emporia Hemtex and I warn you against buying anything from those who dare to treat customers in such a bad way..
