Terrible service, unprofessional and rude staff. They made a mistake with my order and the way they handled the problem has been criticized. When I was supposed to pick up my dress the first time, they canceled 10 minutes before via text message. When I was supposed to pick up my dress the second time, it felt like they didn't want me there and just wanted to get me out of the store as quickly as possible. I wouldn't recommend the store to my worst enemy because no one should have to go through this. Go to Bröllopsbruket in Bromma instead! The staff there is nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
