My dad had this provider, several visits a day The staff was often untrained, knew nothing about how to move a person The staff wore long sleeves under their t-shirts, some didn't even take off their jackets and many used their private clothes and had bracelets/rings/long painted nails Never saw anyone use hand sanitizer before or after Most didn't even bring their backpack with hand sanitizer/apron etc They had their pockets full of gloves mixed with a pair of shoe covers that were used with each customer (the same shoe covers for all customers) Medicines that disappeared from customers are never investigated internally by Allegio or other thefts
