Extremely disappointing experience. After wearing my The Row shoes only once or twice, visible damage appeared. Savannahs’ response was to repeatedly dismiss the issue as “normal wear,” with no ownership, no empathy, and no real attempt to support a loyal customer. For a luxury retailer, this level of detachment and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Never again.
