We had lunch a couple days after Xmas, so they might've been understaffed, but we waited nearly 1h 15min for our mains. We had two mains, fish, and both were tasty and the portion size fair. The waiter forgot our welcoming water, otherwise she was very kind and professional. After we complained about the long wait, we received coffee on the house. The place is overcrowded and there's no privacy given how close the tables are. The kitchen is tiny considering the number of seats served, so the atmosphere is quite nervous all the time. We don't understand the hype around this place and won't be back.

Menzies kunde inte hitta ett föremål jag tappade bort på planet som flygvärdinnan hittade och senare lämnade direkt till dem. Med andra ord, jag har bevis att de har fått det och de fortsatte att säga att de inte hade det. Riktigt dålig service.
