Good impression at first, but tried out a saddle that didn't really fit the horse and immediately said we had to come back three months later. Tricked me into a pad that was initially supposed to be "included", but then was still included on the invoice. Also gave MY saddle cover away to someone else when I left another saddle for mediation. Will not in any way recommend this company.
