Actually, it's about a nice human gesture from an employee at Team Olmed that touched me deeply... I was on my way to the SÖS emergency room but halfway up the hill on the way there I realized that I couldn't get there myself. I've got sciatica and have constant pain in my back and one leg. I go into Team Olmed to ask if I can borrow a pair of crutches, a cane, or anything that I can lean on. I ask at the reception, and a woman/therapist/doctor immediately offers to help. I hear that she has a patient in 20 minutes but manages to follow along. She borrows a wheelchair and drives me all the way there, i.e. to the SÖS emergency room. I have difficulty describing how grateful I was/am and above all, completely warm-hearted about this human gesture and true desire to help. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you amazing person at Olmed who helped me last Wednesday, 10/16. Regards Mirsada
