We thought we would not be able to meet you in person due to your busy schedule, but you really gave us a big surprise when you and Frank came to fetch us on our arrival at the Kiruna station. We were so touched by your sincerity in providing the service and the care for us. You even go the extra miles in continuing to keep in contact with us all the way of our trip after you have fulfilled the part of trip that you are responsible for. You were constantly sharing info and your experience to ensure our safety and you are always there to provide advices when we run in some hiccups or uncertainties.
