Great moving house cleaning by the panteraunts! However, we are very dissatisfied with how everything was handled afterwards. The invoice was sent to the address where the moving house cleaning was carried out. The invoice was discovered by my former landlord who then contacted me, even then the payment period on the invoice had expired. It was for an amount that was 1200 SEK more than the agreed cost. Called Veterankraft and spoke to both the finance department in Stockholm and the office in Karlskrona. The invoice was cancelled and a new one with the correct amount would be sent to the correct address. Very nice service and everything felt good. Now we have waited 10 days since the last call and no invoice has appeared so we decided to call the finance department again. The invoice had again been sent to the address where they did the final cleaning and not the new address and the payment expires on Monday... Terrible system and the answer was that they apologize. But it is not right for the customer to risk reminders or payment notices because they send their invoices incorrectly on several occasions.

20 minuter kö i driven. När vi körde iväg upptäckte vi att vi inte fått sugrör. Ringde upp de och de gick sakta i lugn och ro ut med sugrören. Körde sedan vidare och upptäckte längs vägen att vi inte fått några servetter heller. Otrevlig och sur personal. Sämsta donken jag besökt!
