I have never had a problem with any company until now... This company sent me a broken watch, ill spare the lengthy story but in a nutshell i had to send it to them, they didnt pay for the fee for transporting it, i had to wait and discovered it myself by calling postnord, they finally did and then tried to fix it, this time they broke it even more than it was broken before... Then i sent it back again and they absolutely refused to refund it even though it says clearly in danish, swedish and european consumer laws that what they are doing is highly illegal, i even asked a lawyer and they confirmed this. Anyways i ended up not caring enough to take this to court but i have screenshots of the entire mail conversations just incase. Never buy from this company, i discovered later through online searching that these people are known for this kind of scam behavior.
