Extremely poor quality of both assembly and product. Problems right after I picked up the phone when the screen flickered/flashed and pressed by itself. The speakerphone was also out of order from the start. The phone fell the second day from the edge of the bed onto a soft plastic mat from about 35-40 cm height and completely cracked again around the edges due to poor assembly when it "flexed" around the edges of the entire phone. It also says that the screen is not recognized in the system on the phone. When contacting them about this for a complaint, the answer is that you get a laugh and in response that what had to be done is to send the screen to the manufacturer and verify that there is a fault with the screen and they do not answer. We cannot make a complaint but you have to pay again for a new screen replacement. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONES IN THIS PLACE. Poor, inadequate treatment, broken products and extremely bad attitude from the staff. WARNING FOR THIS COMPANY
