I am trying to rebook a time for almost a week. No phone or email or anything is reachable. I feel like being cheated because Happident booked the time for me without I knowing it. I am not able to rebook or cancel a time they arranged, what shall I do? Email to Happident headquarter has been sent, to Uppsala Happident also been sent, and got returned, which means the address does not exist. I called, filled in formula on their website, nothing worked either. The only thing I keep hear from them is a reminder to come on the original date and time. I am wondering if I do not come, what would happen? Will they send me a NO SHOW invoice????? Please Happident staff, if you see the message here, please respond with a reachable contact method for me to rebook or cancel the booking you arranged for me!
