Then they say that they do not repair outside the warranty, and want to offer me to install a new one instead for just over 10,000 SEK! Yes, but they can decide what kind of job they want to accept. But now I know that you are only a customer with them for a maximum of 5 years, and then they don't want to know you. UPDATE I have now been contacted by the company's customer service, who apologized for the episode and explained that it was due to a misunderstanding. I have already been to the workshop in Malmö, who fixed the faults (the towbar just needed to be cleaned and lubricated properly).
