We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Although we had booked a table in advance, there were no staff available to greet or assist us upon arrival, leaving guests confused about where to sit or how the service worked. The waffle buffet was entirely self-service, with little organization, and it was unclear which dishes belonged to which guests. The whipped cream was runny and of poor quality, which further detracted from the experience. Overall, the lack of service and organization did not justify the price. Unfortunately, this felt more like a tourist trap than a well-managed restaurant, and we would not return.
