Unpleasant treatment from a young hairdresser who made me feel like a fool as a customer. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the end result either. As a nice ending, there was an extra cost for a hair wash that was neither stated in the price list nor communicated in advance. Which hairdresser charges for washing hair? I have never been so dissatisfied after a hairdresser visit in 15 years.
