I was in contact with this company via their website to request a quote – not to book any service. I filled out their contact form "TODAY'S OFFER, PRESS HERE" but received no booking confirmation, date or response. Since the price was too high in my opinion, I chose not to proceed. Despite this, they sent staff to my address without informing me. I explained directly on the spot that I had not booked anything. A person, Samuel, from the company then said that I might be charged for 4 hours, and that they would be happy to move for us anyway, I said no and asked them to go back (of course). He claimed that there was confirmation in my email, I sent picture proof that there was nothing in either email or spam. After that, there was silence, and then the nightmare continued... Two months later I received an invoice for 12749 SEK. Horrible experience! I have disputed this in writing twice and explained that there is no valid contract, but the company has ignored this and sent an invoice anyway. There is no legal basis or documentation to prove that I approved anything. This is purely misleading and potentially fraudulent behavior. I have now reported the matter to the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board (ARN) and will inform the Swedish Consumer Agency. My strong recommendation: avoid this company. Their methods are unscrupulous, misleading and create financial disputes without clear communication or consent.
