Great facility with friendly staff but unfortunately it is not suitable for regular visitors who want to use the sauna in conjunction with swimming. When purchasing the annual pass I was informed that the sauna was included every morning, but then it turned out that this only applies to Mondays and Fridays 06:30-09:00. When I then complained about the annual pass I got it refunded, but still had to pay for two visits. It is not a big deal in itself, but considering that the information at the time of purchase was misleading, it would have felt more reasonable with some form of compensation. It is something to take forward in terms of service and customer service. The big problem for me, however, is access to the sauna. For me, swimming and sauna go together, and here you are required to pay 200 SEK extra every time you want to use the sauna (140 SEK per time if you have an annual pass). I have never experienced a bathhouse not offering access to the sauna in their regular offer. Most bathhouses even have a sauna in each changing room. When Bjärnum's swimming pool couldn't offer a sauna due to renovations, they halved their prices. I think this is a good picture of what people pay for when they go to a bathhouse. It's incredibly strange to close two previous facilities to replace them with a new one that is not only more expensive, but also doesn't even offer the same range as the previous ones. Very sad as I was really looking forward to this bathhouse opening. At the moment, unfortunately, I only see disadvantages to the municipality's decision to open this one and close the others.

Schyssta burgare, något blodig för att vara medium men det var snarare något jag uppskattade. Deras Oreo milkshake var galet nice. Kanske lite dyrt med tanke på att man får köpa till alla tillbehör istället för en hel meny.
Väldigt trevlig och kunnig personal, schysst lokal med bra provrum. Köpte min första skimboard från deras webshop, rätt snabb leverans för att vara ett så litet företag.
Helt ok käk, rätt billig bärs. AW är väl det bästa med Pipes, annars inget speciellt.
God glass, kanske inte bästa lokalen att ta en mysig fika med någon. Rätt dyrt överlag.

Skulle på arbetsintervju och stannade till på biblioteket för att knacka lite kod. Hittade en väldigt skön soffa som jag slog mig ner i. För övrigt en skön miljö i ett nyrenoverad lokal.
Bättre service kan man inte få än på Carl-Otto. Riktigt bra utbud med kläder av hög kvalité.

Riktigt bra burgare. Tog en ninja med sötpotatis och bacon majonnäs. Enda klagomålet jag har var att jag inte fick frågan hur jag ville ha min burgare, den var lite för well done för min smak men allt annat vägde upp för detta.
