Staff are always really lovely and helpful. Happy to speak English as well which is great as I’m only learning by Swedish. I did have some troubles paying as a problem with their system meant both I paid and my insurance paid them. It was disappointing it took months to have this resolved but it was eventually and the staff were apologetic so I put it down to accidents happen.
It was painful to watch my partner drive past this place for an entire year, every time dreaming of getting his dream car and then to see him walk in excited, finally ready to buy it just to be made to feel like a loser buying a second hand xc40. The seller we got, Tobias was rude, condescending, unprofessional and argumentative. It was so bad we have had to request another seller to arrange our delivery as neither of us can deal with him arguing down the phone to us over simple things he has previously agreed. Or just generally being rude and difficult if we have a question. Another seller was very helpful and passed on our concerns to his manager but we haven’t heard anything back from the manager so I would assume they don’t care if their sellers behave poorly. 1177 told me to go here and booked the appointment, after waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time (and i had the first appointment). I was told i shouldn't of come, they couldn't help me for what i needed and the guy was so rude, so belittling I would rather fly back to England for help in future. Also just FYI the issue is so important I am now being referred for surgery. Not even deserving of one star. If you need help, go to the hospital.
It's so hard to get an appointment. Most of the reception staff i have spoken to are quite rude and or don't care in the slightest. One even asked me to repeat myself after she "wasn't listening". The doctors aren't bad, some of them don't really seem to give a ... but some have been very kind. Sadly i haven't been here once without some kind of bad experience. After all the hassle to get an appointment and waiting long wait times half the time they forget to even put your prescription through anyway. If there is anywhere else you can go, go there.
