Very disappointing experience! I ordered a zinger burger, but when I opened it the chicken piece was clearly small and only covered about half of the bun. This is clearly not what customers expect from a KFC burger. I went to the counter and asked about it, but the staff member simply said “this is how zinger is” and refused to help or even check the issue. The attitude was cold and dismissive. As a customer, this felt disrespectful and unacceptable. I understand that mistakes can happen in fast food restaurants, but the way the staff handled the situation was worse than the food itself. Personalen var mycket vänlig och atmosfären var fantastisk – perfekt för samtal. Maten var också god. Vi bad om hämtmat och maten var mycket välpackad. Perfekt. Kommer tillbaka.
Jag beställde en fläsknötssoppa med revbensspjäll och en nudelsoppa med varm olja, båda var utsökta! De erbjöd också gratis kalla rätter och varmt vatten. Ägaren var vänlig och servicen var utmärkt.
