I took my bike in for what started out as simple bearing replacement. After the bearings were replaced, another problem arose. 3 hours later my bike was rideable again. I want to mention John. This poor guy disassembled my bike I don't know how many times determined to find the problem. Finally after the 3 hours he had great success. My sincere appreciation goes out to John and the whole staff . Great job and for sure all my bike purchases will definitely be with sportson
