We booked a date but later in the day we received a text message saying that there was no time until 10 days later than what was suggested on the phone. We accepted the time anyway. When we arrived at our booked time, the clinic was closed and the vet did not answer the phone. After half an hour of waiting, we received a text message from the vet saying that she had forgotten to book us in and did not have an appointment. I called again and she finally answered, but then she blamed it on her phone being glitchy and not showing all our text messages. When I then asked if we could get a discount on our next visit since she had made this mistake and we had traveled a long way with both a fasting dog and cat, she angrily said that we could go somewhere else. When I still asked when she had an appointment next time, she started to list that she had so many other things to do, other clients, social media, etc. Very unprofessional service towards a customer. What a shame as I had heard good things about Karin before! We called Arken Zoo Nyköping and got an appointment the next morning with great and helpful veterinarians.
