Absolutely the worst agency I have interacted with. I have lived in many countries in the world and this is by far the worst. When we moved in our we were supposed to get a 6 months visit which we asked for but the agency chose to not conduct even though we reported issues with our apartment. Following that I sent email and written proof that we requested a visit which we legally have the right for and it has been 4 months of messaging and asking them and the two agents are absolutely unprofessional and keep saying that we didn’t ask for the visit despite my email and written proof of us asking for a visit. We still have issues in a poorly built apartment and a warranty that covers absolutely nothing. The agents also refuse to forward my request to anyone responsible. If you are buying an apartment during these times do not consider these.
