It took me too long before I leave this review cause I always had hope it will change. This is not the first bad place i ve been to here in Sweden tbh, but i ll rate this one also based on my experience. I had problem twice with the person working in reception, she forgetting what I said and asked for. I got factura to pay home twice even though I paid in place using card. Now they dont even have anyone in reception. It takes tooooo long to get an apointement with a dr or a referal. I 3 times got ancellation message for booked times i was waiting for for weeks, and that happened just one day before saying that they will reach out to me again with a new booking, but helas! they never do. You have at least 45min with a dr, but let say you used only 6 min and you wanted to ask for another issue or prescription at the remainiing time since you are there anywa. No, you cant! You will have to go back home and call again to book another time for only that simple thing, and wait several weeks again. Their websites for online meeting or apointements never work, there is always an error, I dont even know why they have them!!! Its always hard to book a time calling them with the phone menu that bugs. and the best is that they dont have any therapist that offer something els other than KBT! so if that is not working for you, you gotta look for help somewhere els. I traveled back everytime to Morocco to solve my health issues. I was going back and forth here and they couldnt diagnose me or help me with anything, untill I traveled back to Morocco " a third world country" to get diagnosed by IBS and get the right guidance. Its the same I do with dentist etc... eatch time I travel back I try to solve as much health problem as possible. Its shameful to be in sweden "the developped country" and stryuggle like this!!! I also had bad experience with one Vårdcentral in Skövde. Pathetic!
My goal was to get Botox on the forehead, with a subtle eyebrow lift and a slight lip flip. (For context: I already had a small amount of filler in my upper lip.) After the first injection, my eyebrows actually drooped a bit. I figured it was fine since I was planning to return for a touch-up anyway. However, the practitioner denied that any drooping had occurred, even though she did attempt to correct the eyebrow shape. Final results (even after a month): – No noticeable lift in the eyebrows. – My lips, which previously had a subtle Russian lip look, ended up with a strange duck-like appearance after the Botox. – The Botox itself wore off unusually fast—within just 1.5 months—which made me wonder if the dosage had been too diluted. I had initially considered going back for a PDU injection, but I ultimately changed my mind. I also remembered how the payment process was awkward: my card failed twice in the beginning, and the practitioner got visibly panicked and spoke to me in an uncomfortable way, It was so weird. I just wished she had stayed calm—especially since I had already paid before receiving the treatment. The only thing I liked about her is that she did not encourage me to do many things, cause she thought it was not worth it. This was my experience with this place.
