I had booked a Superwash today in advance and received a confirmation via email. When I arrived, an employee falsely stated that they were closed today. I asked why they confirmed my booking if they were supposed to be closed, to which he changed his mind and said someone was sick. I asked him why they didn't notify customers in advance? He didn't answer. Also, they have an "all days" sign outside the store, and Google says they are open on Saturdays. An unpleasant experience. I won't be back. I don't understand why this place has such a high rating.
