I have a problem with them about a bill they send to me eventhough i have cancelled my daughters booked time, the receptionist/nurse who asked her boss on the phone about if i need to pay my bill said i need to pay it, that they did not recieve my cancellation call the day before but they get my call the day of the booked time, so i need to pay the bill. To prove what im saying is true, I have send them the copy of my phone calls from my Mobile operator as an evidence that i call them to cancel the day before my daughters booked time which is 24hrs before the booked time, but i never get any reaponse from them to take back the bill. So thats that.

We been to Länna XXL today 27 oct, my daughter want to try a crosstrainer she hold the handle and tried the foot pedal but the irritated male sale associate ask her to dont go on the cross trainer, 1st of all theres no sign that costumer cannot try on cross trainer, my daughter has a scoliosis (who wear Boston braces) and we have always encourage her to excercise, if she would have tried the cross trainer and liked it we could have bought it for her, but because of a bad attitude of the male sale associate in this store you just loose a customer , we will NEVER go back to this store again. STADIUM and INTERSPORT have always nicer sale associates. FYI
