Lovely location, wonderful hotel and spa. Nice & comfy rooms, great & high quality food at breakfast, brunch (was extraordinary event - paid extra for it) and dinner.. .. but service drags down overall experience- long line and timely check-in, dinner serving poor attendance of the staff and long waiting resulting in food coming in late and being served cold (what a pity! -the main course was really well composed and well made). Heard the place is expanding - hope they will staff up accordingly so that the guests will get the experience they are paying for.
